Working on behalf of our main contractor client, our team created a comprehensive design for the Cat B fit-out of this prestigious office space in Cheltenham.
Our design successfully met the client’s needs and stayed within the agreed budget, overcoming challenges of retaining, modifying, and optimising the existing primary systems to accommodate the space.
Providing our client and their sub-contractors technical support through to completion and handover, we addressed technical issues as and when they arose.
Overall, we delivered a complete scheme that fulfilled the client’s requirements for a new office space in a prime location, all while adhering to the project budget and client requirements.
