Eddystone Tower.
This 26-storey residential tower, comprising of a range of flats, required the replacement of the main Building Network Operator [BNO] and wider landlords electrical services infrastructure.
Our engineers developed a detailed scheme to RIBA Stage 5 for the project supplying a comprehensive set of drawings and specifications to the contractor for installation.
Liaising with other professionals and the client team we executed the project in a live environment, ensuring power was maintained to all residents throughout. Our services resulted in successful project completion and a final installation of new BNO and landlords infrastructure removing existing safety risks to comply with current industry legislation.
