Our solution included a RIBA Stage 3 strategic design that considered the maintenance of the clients existing distribution room services.
As a critical data centre, we needed to maintain services, whilst providing space for additional capacity, which despite significant space limitations, we successfully created.
Our engineers delivered a comprehensive design package allowing the client to successfully obtain competitive tender proposals from the market.
