Ian has joined Aptus as a Director to support the continued growth and evolution of the business.

His role focuses on driving strategic development, expanding the client base, and enhancing the company’s operational and commercial performance through a broad remit. This includes shaping and implementing long-term growth strategies, supporting business planning, refining the company’s roadmap, and leading efforts to secure new clients across both core and emerging markets.

With over 15 years’ experience, Ashley is an experienced management accountant who has had worked across a diverse range of sectors; from SME contractors, education, and charities to global consultancies.

Having been involved in companies from the ground up, Ashley has a comprehensive understanding of business lifecycles and an enhanced experience that extends beyond the boundaries of finance.

This extensive experience positions Ashley in a unique and holistic role, making her an integral part of ensuring successful business functioning and development.

Luke is a chartered electrical engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the management, design, and installation of engineering systems across numerous infrastructure and construction sectors.

He has extensive experience in strategic planning, engineering design, and ongoing management of multifaceted, multi-disciplinary systems throughout all phases of the engineering lifecycle.

As Managing Director of Aptus MEP Ltd, Luke Scorer holds overall responsibility for the strategic leadership, growth, and operational performance of the business. He sets the vision, drives business planning, and ensures the company delivers technical excellence and commercial value across all services and sectors.
