Acting as building services designers and lead coordinators, our engineers provided comprehensive design, coordination, and project support services for our MEP contractor client on this six-story office building in Southwark, South London.
Our involvement included detailed mechanical designs and coordinating installation drawings during stages four and five of the project.
Despite spatial and time constraints, as well as the challenges posed by COVID-19, we successfully executed our duties and delivered a premium, architecturally sensitive, office installation with a focus on exposed services.
