In order to meet the needs of our client responsible for this exclusive private gated estate in Northgate, London, Aptus were tasked with designing an infrastructure scheme that would be developed to detailed design by a nominated contractor. The scheme facilitated the the provision of electric vehicle charging throughout the site. This involved installing the infrastructure for 53 bays to be future equipped by the bay owners with EV charging points at the time of electric vehicle purchase.

Our engineers developed a comprehensive strategy that not only met the client EVC requirements, but also maintained the aesthetic appeal of the estate, which consisted of high-end properties worth millions of pounds. We approached the project from both an engineering and aesthetic standpoint, ensuring that the solution seamlessly integrated with the overall property design.

To assist the client in selecting the right contractor, we engaged a number of specialist contractors from our supply chain, inviting each to provide a competitive tender. We guided the tender process and supported the Client in making an informed decision when choosing and appointing a contractor who met their needs.
