We were tasked with providing mechanical, electrical, and public health systems for a six-bedroom barn conversion property, as well as various outbuildings such as stables, a garage with accommodation, and an equestrian facility.
Our team handled the detailed design and commissioning of all the MEP systems, ensuring a seamless fit-out for this high-end residential property. Despite the spatial limitations that come with developing any residential property, we successfully overcame these challenges.
From design to completion, we oversaw the installation process of transforming this former dilapidated barn into a luxurious £8m residential property.
