Aptus were engaged the clients MEP design consultant for a CAT A MEP refurbishment of a prestigious office space in Mayfair Central London.
Our engineers developed the MEP performance level design to RIBA stage 3 We developed scheme with a focus on energy efficient systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and LED feature lighting to enhance the overall efficiency and aesthetics of the office.
From the project outset, through contract selection, design, installation, system commissioning and handover, we provided our client with expertise and support, ensuring a smooth and successful completion.
The end result was a fully equipped office space in a prime location, attracting high rental returns.
