Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure

ICBT Sunbury – EVC.

As part of BPs global decarbonisation initiative, our client has sought to upgrade their ICTB bus fleet from diesel to electric, transporting staff & visitors to and from Feltham Train Station providing those with electric vehicles the ability to charge whilst on site.

To achieve this, the existing electrical services infrastructure required significant upgrade to provide 600kVA of charging capacity to accommodate a new EV charging bus depot and 30 EV car charging points.

With the project being heavily weighted towards electrical engineering our engineers took a lead role in a multi-discipline team of architects, structural engineers, highways, and planning specialists delivering a coordinated infrastructure scheme for contractor installation.
